Why I started STACKED OS

My name is Brandon Bowers. I've spent the better part of a decade inside the operations of service businesses — solar, roofing, water systems, fire safety, home services. Not advising from the outside. Building from the inside.

I ran my own sales operation. Built the training programs, the KPI systems, the comp structures, the lead-to-close pipelines. I saw firsthand what happens when a business grows faster than its systems — deals fall through cracks, reps lose trust, the owner becomes a full-time firefighter, and the operation starts consuming the people running it.

The pattern was always the same. The business had demand. It had talent. What it didn't have was infrastructure. Every company I walked into was running on people, habits, and workarounds held together by the founder's willpower.
